Swansea Gladiators RFC are proud to have a fully fledged junior level rugby team. As in keeping with the style of the senior Gladiators rugby team the juniors consist of children with or without various disabilities.
Unlike senior rugby the juniors play a variation of rugby known as Tag rugby whereby rather than physically tackling opponents a velcro flag must be pulled from the opposing players jersey. The Swansea Gladiators play Tag rugby under the rules and guidelines as defined by Dragon Sports. As of the start of October (during winter) the Junior Gladiators will be training indoors at Leisure Leagues Football Centre (Now Called Pitch Side) Cwmdu Industrial Estate.
Training starts at 5.00pm
When the winter season is over outdoor training will resume at Swansea uplands RFC on Monday evenings at 6:30pm.
